Once at the intersection, take the path on your left then follow the marked trail to the Gleyzin chalet. At the cottage, continue to the left and then at the intersection turn right (The path of "Les 2 Ruisseaux") towards Lac Noir. Once arrived at the Black Lake, turn left: you will then follow the Carré Lake to reach the 7 Laux refuge. The return journey takes place along the same route.
