Les insolites du Vercors: La cabane des cerfs
La Ferme des Guilloux offers unusual accommodation in trailers and cabins. Entirely made from ecological materials, and built by artist Marie-France Baurens, they are designed with the well-being of guests in mind.
Here, you're in the middle of nature, in the heart of 12 hectares of meadows, a large raspberry field, a pretty river that borders the estate, a magnificent landscape over the Vercors mountains, with absolute peace and quiet, and numerous hiking trails starting from the farm!
The kitchen area is equipped with fridge, gas cooker and oven, with a table and 4 chairs.
The sitting area, with its wood-burning stove and sofa bed that converts into a 2-person bed (140*190), is a real relaxation area.
Upstairs is an adult bedroom with a double bed (140*190), and on the other side a separate alcove with 2 single beds (90*170) for children.
The toilet and shower room are on the first floor.
There's also a terrace where you can relax and admire the magnificent view over the surrounding fields of permanent organic meadows, with the Vercors mountain range in the background.

Car-Free Access:
From Grenoble, take the Grenoble–Gap TER line to the Monestier de Clermont stop [45 minutes].
Frequency: 1 train every 1 to 2 hours.
Then cycle from the Monestier de Clermont train station to Les Insolites du Vercors: 2.6 km with a 102-meter elevation gain [21 minutes] on a shared road.
