Located in the heart of the village of Vertrieu, close to the ViaRhôna cycle route, the restaurant and bar Les Platanes invites you to enjoy a relaxed break in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Every day, a set menu (starter, main course, dessert) is available, with the option to take it away and enjoy it in the Jardin des Simples, located right next to the restaurant. A vegetarian set menu can be prepared upon prior request.

Every Thursday, guests can enjoy a themed menu inspired by world cuisine and reimagined in the style of Sylvie, the restaurant’s owner.

The restaurant has a small dining room, a conservatory and, in fine weather, a shaded terrace beneath the plane trees, perfect for enjoying the village’s idyllic setting.

Awarded the Accueil Vélo label, Les Platanes restaurant is the perfect place to stop off when cycling along the ViaRhôna. A range of dedicated services are available on site.

Awarded the Accueil Vélo label, the restaurant Les Platanes offers a convenient and reassuring stopover for cyclists travelling along the ViaRhôna.

Cyclists can recharge their electric bike batteries and make use of a repair kit for minor breakdowns.

The village of Vertrieu is also equipped with secure lockers and a mini bike repair station, allowing riders to park their equipment safely and carry out basic maintenance independently. Bike racks are also installed throughout the village.
