L'Escargot bio de Mémé Tine

  • Snail

Since 2007, Grandma Tine has been making and selling her snail-based products. Terrine, pastry puffs, or in a jar to go with pasta, escargots are everywhere in this boutique.

How to eat:
In jars:
Packed with 2 to 6 dozen Gros Gris snails au naturel, these verrines are the ideal base for your preparations: with Burgundy stuffing, in puff pastries, pies, omelettes, on skewers, with ravioli...
In terrines:
Escargotine should be toasted and eaten slightly warm.
Delicious as an aperitif, it is also excellent on hot potatoes, rice or pasta.
On a plate: in shells or as ready-to-eat chouquettes.
