Gîte entièrement rénové début 2023 situé sur les hauteurs de Saint-Marcellin, au calme avec vue sur le Vercors.

Chemins de promenade et VTT partant du gîte. Espace vert privé, sans vis-à-vis. Jeux et équipement bébé/enfant à disposition. Gîte, tout équipé, comme à la maison :) Attention, le gîte est de plain-pied mais son accès nécessite l'emprunt d'un escalier. Profitez de la beauté du Vercors l'hiver (ski de fond à 20 min, ski alpin à 40 min) et l'été (randonnées, vélo) !

Nous habitons sur place avec nos 4 enfants, notre border collie Rouky et nos 3 poules. Isérois d'origine, nous serons ravis de partager avec vous les sites à visiter. Nous parlons anglais, allemand et espagnol.
