Parcours pédestre sur le sentier de la pulsatille aux Communaux de Trept

  • Pedestrian sports
  • Course

Walk along the Pulsatilla trail and explore the Trept Communal Land Nature Reserve. Red pulsatillas, orchids, butterflies and local geology reveal the natural and heritage riches of this iconic site in Isle-Crémieu.

Formerly communal grazing land where cows, goats and sheep once roamed, the site has been restored to its former glory thanks to the return of livestock. This living landscape, combining limestone slabs, dry moorland, meadows and woodlands, is now home to remarkable biodiversity.

The Pulsatilla Trail takes you through these varied natural environments. Marked with educational panels, it reveals the site's pastoral history, its ecological riches and its geological curiosities, such as the erratic boulders left behind by glaciers.

An ideal family walk combining nature, heritage and landscapes.
