So, as well as Savoyard specialities and the inevitable galettes and crêpes served throughout the day, young chef Juliette's suggestions are sure to delight gourmets. Her homemade creations using raw ingredients include delicious cod, braised fennel and citrus butter, and the now classic prime rib of beef with morel mushrooms.
