In a perfect environment for relaxation and open activities, at the heart of Vercors Natural Park with views over the forests and surrounding mountains, a ground floor detached gite with a garden in a former typical Vercors farm building, entirely renovated, and adjoining the owner's property. Lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen space, Bdr 1 (double bed 160x200), Bdr 2 (double bed 160x200 with shower & washbasin), Bdr 3: 4 people + 2 babies (4 single bunks which can be separated, 1 wooden cot and additional collapsible cot), toilet, washroom. Downhill skiing in the 4 resorts less than 15 mins away by car: (Villard-Corrençon, Lans en Vercors, Meaud and Autrans). Skating & cross-country skiing, walk to the lifts from the house if the snow situation allows it, and a large number of sites depending on their altitude. Highly reputed kite surf spot 200m away and hand gliding possible in the winter. Nearby: snow-shoe walking and mountain ski hiking, fatbike on snow, water sports centre and skating rink in Villard de Lans (4 seasons), casino, trail (Villard de Lans, the European capital of trail), hiking & medium altitude climbing, hand gliding (you can land 50m from the house). Nearby: summer and winter sledge circuit in Autrans, numerous exploration activities for nature and mountain environment, meet with the wolves, hot air balloons, climbing, caving, mycology and some great restaurants
