Olivier and Stéphane welcome you every day, with continuous service, throughout the season. Both are originally from the Hauts-de-France region—specifically Flanders—and invite you on a culinary journey: Olivier with a selection of specialty beers from Belgium and France, on tap or by the bottle, and Stéphane with an elaborate menu blending mountain recipes and the flavors of Flanders—from Beaufort to Maroilles, from tartiflette to carbonnade, not to mention the famous fresh fries fried in beef fat. The menu changes with the seasons, featuring a daily special and specials written on the chalkboard.

Enjoy a large, sunny terrace at the foot of the slopes in winter and on the edge of the meadow in summer, facing the Sures and Auris Express chairlifts. The SKOB team welcomes you starting at 10 a.m. for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply to enjoy a drink, crêpes, or waffles…

During the summer, SKOB will feature a bonfire every Sunday at noon in a friendly atmosphere. The schedule for theme days will be announced shortly.
