Snowboard School Air2Kite Boardercamp
Alpe d'Huez Snowboard School: From your first turns to freestyle and freeride sessions, have fun learning in small groups! You can also try snowkiting (kiteboarding on snow) for an adrenaline rush.
Session Content and Topics:
Snowboard Lessons & Camps
(Groups: 6 people max | Private: 5 people max)
Snowboard Introduction: Getting familiar with the equipment, mastering balance, first runs, and stopping safely by sliding.
Intermediate Snowboarding: Fluid turns and slides on moderate to steep slopes.
Freestyle: Introduction and advanced training on the features, rails, and jumps at the Snowpark des Jeux and other dedicated spots.
Independent Snowboarding: Advanced carving (controlled turns), speed and slope control on all types of snow and terrain.
Freeride: Introduction to off-piste riding in the Grand Domaine. Safety equipment provided (avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe).
Snowkiting on a Snowboard
(maximum 2 people)
Introductory Course: Safety, theory, controlling the kite in the towing zone, and first towed runs.
Intermediate Course: Setting up and taking down equipment, and learning to ride by utilizing the terrain.
Advanced Course: Riding independently, exploring the area, and mastering lines.
