Studio located 800 meters from the resort (shuttle stop about 250 m away). On the first floor, accessible via 3 steps, southeast-facing with a view over a large meadow and the forest edge. 11 m² balcony with no overlooking neighbors.

The lake and playground (paddling pool, small zipline, mini-golf, etc., just opposite) are nearby. The waterfall and its via ferrata are about 500 meters away.

The studio is fully equipped: coffee makers (including a Senseo), kettle, induction cooktop, duvets, fridge with small freezer, 80 cm TV, extendable dining table, iron, washing machine, raclette set, plancha, hairdryer, and more.
