A cool ascent, through several valleys, to reach the ridge, then up to the Tête de la Sambut where the view opens onto the Dévoluy, the Obiou and the Souloise valley.
Departure from Monestier d'Ambel, car park near the church. Take the direction of Tête de la Sambut via La Chapelle, Le Grand Pré, Clos des Mortes, Crête de la Sambut and Col des Autruguets. Return by the same route.
