You will be welcomed by your hosts, Peter and Marie, onto this charming, entirely renovated former farm in quiet surroundings with a private garden, four kilometres from Bourg d'Oisans. There are five carefully decorated bedrooms, sleeping from two to four people.

La Clé des Bois is a beautiful bed-and-breakfast that combines wood, stone, and glass; it has been renovated in a modern style while retaining its old-world charm.

It features 3 guest rooms and 2 suites—all with private bathrooms and toilets—as well as a living room and a vaulted room where breakfast is served.

You’ll also find a treatment room where a beautician offers facial and body massages using natural products and organic essential oils to relieve stress, fatigue, and muscle tension.

Finally, nestled in the lush garden, is a small wooden cabin housing the hot tub and sauna: a moment of pure relaxation awaits!

La Clé des Bois also offers a table d’hôtes, with dinners served in your room as a meal tray.
Peter, a professional chef, will prepare dishes that range from refined, elaborate traditional cuisine to regional specialties, all made, of course, with fresh produce from our local markets.

On the ground floor, you’ll find:
* the vaulted room
* the very cozy living room with a TV and fireplace opening onto the outdoors. A small area has been set up there where you can reheat any meals you’ve purchased elsewhere.
* the treatment room
* the secure bike storage room.

The first floor features 3 beautiful 20-square-meter rooms that can accommodate 1 to 2 people:
* the Roche room with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed.
* the Sapin room with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed.
* The Crystal Room, with a 160-cm double bed.

All rooms feature a sofa, a small dining area, and a balcony. The bathrooms are equipped with showers.

On the second floor, you’ll find 2 attic suites measuring 45 m²:
* The Alpage Suite, with a 160 cm double bed and 2 single beds (separated from the double bed by a curtain)
*The Epicéa Suite, with four single beds that can be pushed together to form double beds. A thick curtain also creates two separate private spaces, each with two beds.

Both suites feature a balcony, a sitting area, and tables and chairs for dining; the modern, bright bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs.

CYCLO 3 VELO CERTIFICATION:
This lodging is certified as an “Accueil Cyclo Oisans – 3 Bikes” property and therefore offers amenities and services tailored to cyclists. It also offers an e-bike service: you can recharge your electric bike here upon request (remember to bring your charger).

From Grenoble take the A 480 signposted "Stations de l'Oisans", then the RN85 to Vizille and finally the RD1091 towards Bourg d'Oisans. In the hamlet of Les Sables, take the road on the right: Les Effonds. The house is on the right at the end of the lane.
