Set out on the paths of an open valley. This route is mostly safe and forbidden to motorised vehicles meaning you can discover the local landscape and heritage in a pleasant and fun way.

Start at the Lans-en-Vercors Tourist Office and follow the Voie du Tram, which was the old railway line that ran from Grenoble to Villard-de-Lans.
This easy section runs across an open plain, offering breathtaking views of the various peaks of the Val de Lans.
In winter, the trail is accessible only on foot due to possible snow conditions.
