Villard de Lans - Méaudre / ViaVercors
This new section includes a stretch of forest trail, a wooden path on stilts, and several footbridges to cross the “Méaudret” stream.
Along the way, you’ll discover the Vercors Lait dairy cooperative, producer of Bleu du Vercors-Sassenage (a local AOP cheese).
This route is not accessible to horseback riders for safety reasons. Barriers ensure the smooth movement of herds and require cyclists to dismount.
Special care was taken in selecting the techniques and materials used to respect this natural wetland environment.
