The YCGC has created a series of “Sentiers Nautiques” (water trails): ecotourism paddling trails that highlight the historical or natural heritage of Lac de Paladru, with the help of waterproof maps. Pay close attention and observe the fauna, flora and remarkable spots of our lakeside heritage!
These maps are available on loan free of charge.


There are 3 water trails to choose from:

- The “Heritage” nautical trail targets remarkable sites on Lac de Paladru, such as the location of the submerged archaeological site at the bottom of Lac de Paladru, at Colletière, known for the quality of its remains and surrounded by legends that you'll discover. An ideal way to round off your visit to the Musée Archéologique du Lac de Paladru.

- The “environment” nautical trail focuses on the landscapes surrounding the lake: from the formation of the lake and surrounding hills, to the sediments present and the animals and plants that inhabit it. Come and discover all the secrets of this green setting.

- The “white paddle” trail targets the fauna and flora of Lac de Paladru: come and discover this jewel, a place where nature is still preserved.


This offer has been awarded the “Sentiers Nautiques” label by the Fédération Française de Canoë Kayak.

Instructions for use:
1 - Rent your single or double kayak.
Please note: for children aged 12 and over, count one place for your child. For example, for a family of 2 adults and a 13-year-old child, you rent a double kayak and a single kayak.
2 - Ask for your waterproof “Pagaie Blanche”, “Environnement” or “Patrimoine” trail map, and set off on a walk on the water.
