Ideally located close to the city center and the historic district of Morestel, the Study is a perfect address for travelers roaming on ViaRhôna, couples seeking calm, but also for business customers.

The cottage consists of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a mezzanine offering an extra bed and an office area, ideal for telecommuting or professional stays.

Outside, the park with several hundred-year-old trees including majestic plane trees, invites you to relax in a cocoon of tranquility in the heart of Morestel.

Labeled Accueil Vélo, the cottage provides cyclists a secure and equipped bike room, with delivery of a key at the beginning of stay for total autonomy. The owners, accustomed to receiving travelers by bike, gladly share their best tips for a successful stopover at the Balcons du Dauphiné.
It is also possible to leave bicycles and luggage after the release of the cottage in order to calmly enjoy a visit of Morestel before heading back on the road.

The cottage has an independent entrance and secure private parking, ensuring comfort, tranquility and autonomy throughout the stay.
